We loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, surrounded by new high rise buildings and in a new area of the city. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made for a luxurious stay.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is situated in a new area with several high-rise buildings under construction. it is very close to the beautiful Arkadia beaches and the beach of the Black Sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, meeting all our needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing prompt service and assisting with any requests. There is also a delicious breakfast offered every morning.
Some guests have mentioned that there were issues with the amenities in the bathroom, such as missing shampoo and soap not being refilled.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The cleanliness was great, with the staff coming in to change towels and clean the dishes daily. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a small reception, washing, ironing services, and even breakfast available. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the beautiful Arkadia beaches and new restaurants in a new area of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed.
